Queenstown Part 1

So this was actually the most beautiful, spectacular place I've ever been to EVER. And that's saying alot thanks to some dedicated parents determined to show me the wonders of America (Thanks guys ). However, none could compete with sudo Lord of the Rings land. Backdrop, the weather had been forecasted to rain for most of our trip, so that fact was always in the back of our minds.
Anyways, first day we got there we walked around town. It was glorious and sunny. We also had inadvertently picked the absolutely best time to go as it was Autumn (not Fall...they think that is a strange term) and all the leaves were changing colors. We also got our first experience of driving on the wrong side of the road to get there. Anyways, it felt like a ski town, with narrow cobblestone streets and cute shops. But there also was a magnificent lake right in the middle of town, surrounded by mountains. We then took a gondola up to the top of the mountain, where we say a spectacular view. We also luged back down the chairlift which turned out to be more fun than any of us thought it would be. Then we headed down to the famous fergburger to get our fix. It was pretty delicious.  These are a mixed up collection of these events.

Doing the mom point.
